Daniel Feld is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. He has mediated over 1,600 cases across a diverse array of legal matters, including first- and third-party property insurance, labor and employment, ADA, maritime, breach of contract, commercial disputes, and personal injury matters.
Before becoming a full-time mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Feld practiced law representing clients in a broad range of legal matters including labor and employment, personal injury, ADA, maritime, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation. His practical
legal background, combined with a commitment to fairness and resolution, allows him to help parties reach efficient, effective outcomes in even the most complex cases.

Experienced Mediator
Laura Bonn has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County mediator since 2007. During her 18 years as a mediator, she has mediated thousands of lawsuits and pre-suit disputes throughout the State of Florida, in federal courts as well as circuit and county courts. Her extensive mediation experience consists of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, maritime, admiralty and Jones Act claims, commercial and residential property damage claims, healthcare and nursing home disputes, premises and auto liability claims, employment discrimination, ADA, wage/hour disputes and complex commercial cases. Laura strongly believes that a mediated settlement is the best resolution to any case and works tirelessly on behalf of the parties to achieve that goal.
Prior to becoming a mediator, Laura had a 23-year career as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. As a Senior Trial Attorney in the Civil Division, Laura handled both affirmative and defensive litigation, including cases in the areas of labor, employment and disabilities, personal injury, medical malpractice, constitutional torts, health care and nursing home cases. In 2006, Laura received the prestigious Vince Antel Award for outstanding career prosecutors – voted on by former and current Assistant U.S. Attorneys. As a Deputy Chief and staff attorney in the Criminal Division, Laura prosecuted health care fraud, bank fraud, tax and money laundering cases. She was also a founding member of the United States Attorney’s Office health care and bank fraud working groups.
Laura grew up in Miami and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Arts and received her J.D. from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. where she was a member of the Law Review and a Book Award Recipient. Laura has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1977 and is a qualified arbitrator for the Miami-Dade and Broward County Circuit Courts. She was also an Adjunct Professor in the Litigation Skills Program at the University of Miami School of Law for many years.
